Disappointing Service During Iftar time
Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Ned's Pizza team during the iftar time. Despite calling the call center for advice on when to place my order for delivery around iftar time, I was instructed to order via the app at 6:00 PM. However, upon doing so, I encountered an error stating that both branches were busy. When I reached out to the call center again, I was simply told that no orders could be placed at the moment. This lack of support and assistance during a crucial time reflects poorly on the restaurant’s customer service. Improvement is definitely needed to better accommodate customers during peak hours. Btw, I couldn’t find a restaurant to order food for iftar.
